KWONG HING INTL<01131> - Share Consolidation

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of 
Kwong Hing International Holdings (Bermuda) Limited ("KWONG HING INTL") 
have approved the consolidation of shares on the basis of 10 then existing
ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of KWONG HING INTL into 1 new ordinary 
shares ("New Shares").  Effective from today (19/03/2003), a temporary 
counter under stock code 2919 and stock short name "KWONG HING INTL" 
will be established for trading in board lots of 2,000 New Shares 
each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 1131) for trading 
in board lots of 20,000 Old Shares each.
