CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board would like to clarify the contents of the Press 
Articles regarding the placement of the Company's Shares;

Investors dealing in shares of the Company are reminded to 
exercise due caution.

This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange 
of Hong Kong Limited.

We have noted that the contents of the Articles in the recent 
newspaper regarding the placement of the Company's Shares and 
wish to state that the Company is considering a placing, but 
no terms and details for such placement has been reached. Such 
placement may or may not proceed.

We also confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements 
relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are 
discloseable under paragraph 3 of the Listing Agreement, 
neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under 
the general obligation imposed by paragraph 2 of the Listing 
Agreement, which is or may be of a price sensitive nature.
