Executive Directors Mr. Li Man Ching is the Chairman of the Company and the co-founder of the Group. He is responsible for the business development and policy-making of the Group as well as puts the focus on overseas marketing and sales promotion. He has over 20 year's experience in the sales and production of knitting items. Ms. Li Mei Lin is the Deputy Chairwoman of the Company and chief executive officer and the co-founder of the Group. She is responsible for the administration and management of the Group. She has more than fifteen yearˇ¦s experience in the textile industry. Ms. Li Mei Lin is the younger sister of Mr. Li Man Ching. Mr. Li Man Shun is the co-founder of the Group. He is responsible for overseeing both the dyeing and knitting production in PRC. He has over 15 years' experience in the textiles industry. Mr. Li Man Shun is the younger brother of Li Man Ching. Mr. Fung Chi Ki is the Group's chief financial officer and company secretary of the Company. He is the member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant. He has over thirteen years experience in accounting and finance field before he joined the Group in July 1998. Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Tsui Wing Yin is a solicitor in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws degree with honors. He has over fifteen years' legal experience in Hong Kong Mr. Lee Pui Shing is a senior finance manager of a financial institution in Hong Kong. Mr. Lee is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from University of Otago in New Zealand. He is a member of New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and possesses extensive experience in corporate management, accounting and finance. Mr. Lee did not hold any directorship in other listed companies in the past. Mr. So Kin Wah is a master degree holder in science in construction project management from The University of Hong Kong. And he is also the member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Building, and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
