The executive directors, who are the brothers and sisters of the Liˇ¦s family, founded Kwong Hing in April 1991. And they had been working for a long period in their parentsˇ¦ textile factory before the establishment of the Group. Kwong Hing acted as a subcontractor of knitting, bleaching, dyeing and setting when it was just established. In 1992, the Group started his vertical integration programme and thereby acquired the bleaching, dyeing and setting equipments. Our factory premises were constructed in China in 1995. All these efforts contribution the Groupˇ¦s close supervision and better control on all the production stages. In 1997, the Group took his re-structure and the Groupˇ¦s shares are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong LTD. At the same year, the integration programme was further extended to yarns dyeing process: our own yarn-dyeing factory was set up by the expansion of the existing factory premises. This enhancement allows the Group to become a total solution provider in his industry by offering high value-added tailored products and services to his customers.
